Premium Pink Flower Wall Rental

Delivery and pickup are not included in the $450 rental price.

• Delivery: $2 per mile
• Pickup: $2 per mile
• Minimum combined delivery and pickup fee: $40

Mileage is calculated from Greenwich, CT to your event location. The distance is charged separately for delivery and pickup.

Late-Night Breakdown

Breakdown and pickup required after 11:00 PM incur an additional $100 late-night fee.

Your final quote will include delivery, pickup, and any applicable late-night fee.

A $150 non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your event date.

This payment is applied toward your total rental cost. It is not an additional charge.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Bookings made 7 days or less before the event require full payment at the time of booking.

Your event date is not reserved until the booking retainer or required full payment has been received. Submitting an availability request or receiving a quote does not reserve your date.

Cancellation Policy

The $150 booking retainer is non-refundable.

For cancellations made more than 7 days before the event, any payments made beyond the booking retainer will be refunded.

For cancellations made 7 days or less before the event, all payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

One reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.

The booking retainer may be transferred once to a new available event date.

Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event are subject to approval by Mavka Flowers.

Mavka Flowers handles the setup and breakdown of the flower wall.

You are responsible for ensuring that your venue allows sufficient access and time for installation and removal.

Please share any venue access restrictions or setup and pickup requirements when submitting your request.

Same-day breakdown and pickup are required unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Mavka Flowers. Next-day pickup is not a standard option.

Outdoor installations are subject to weather and site conditions.

For safety reasons, Mavka Flowers reserves the right to modify or decline an outdoor installation in the event of rain, strong winds, severe weather, or unsafe site conditions.

Please select Outdoor in your request so we can discuss the location and installation requirements with you before booking.

If weather or site conditions make it unsafe to install the flower wall outdoors, we will work with you to relocate the installation indoors at the same venue whenever possible. If a safe alternative location is not available and Mavka Flowers determines that the installation cannot be completed safely, payments made for the flower wall rental will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable booking retainer.

You are responsible for the flower wall and rental equipment from the completion of setup until Mavka Flowers returns for breakdown.

The flower wall may not be moved, altered, climbed on, leaned against, or have decorations attached to it without prior approval from Mavka Flowers.

Children and guests must not climb, pull, hang on, or move the flower wall or its supporting structure.

You are responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from damage, misuse, or loss during the rental period.

The client is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused during the rental period. Any repair or replacement charges will be based on the actual cost of repairing or replacing the damaged rental property. Mavka Flowers will provide documentation of the damage and the applicable charge.
