Refund policy
At Mavka Flowers, we work exclusively with fresh, natural flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have established the following policy.
Fresh Flowers and Floral Arrangements
All sales of fresh flowers and floral arrangements are final once the order has been delivered or picked up.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable floral products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, wilted, incorrect, or does not match what was purchased, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

Clear photos showing the issue
After review, we may offer, at our discretion:

A replacement arrangement of equal value

Store credit

A partial or full refund
Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for compensation due to the limited lifespan of fresh flowers.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable as flowers are already prepared and sourced.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
